Commercial Law: Secured Transactions

University of Kansas (KU) Law Professor Stephen Ware began teaching Secured Transactions in 1994. He has taught Secured Transactions, either as a stand-alone course or as part of a broader Commercial Law course, over 24 times. Steve Ware has taught Secured Transactions at KU, William & Mary, and Cumberland.

KU Law’s Course Description for Law 873, Commercial Transactions: Secured Transactions, is: Introduction to debtor-creditor law, particularly secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code and the Bankruptcy Code.
